The Czechs have a flair for food, entertainment, music, dances, exhibits and demonstrations.
Czech food consists of dumplings which they love and pork is their favored meat. If there is one food item that identifies Czech cooking, it is the kolache.
Much of the traditional cuisine comprises those foods which most of Europe has left behind in the queast for a healthier diet, eggs, animal fats, creams and dumplings.
Visitors to Prague can expect filling, cheap food that consists largely of dumplings! In fact, the cuisine is so different to other parts of Europe that you'll often find photographs of your meal on the menu so that you can be sure what you want to order.
